Whats quickest

What would be best guys putting some decent 17s or kicking it lower for the cup (25mm or so). I have a mate put 17s on his R -type kept in the region of an R33 skyliner!! Driver skills or can the wheels really make this kind of impact. Some have said just go a tad lower. What say you??

Larger wheels & tyres generally slow the cars acceleration slightly...

impossible for a standard type r to keep up with a r33 skyline gt-r

oh and bigger alloys slow the car down unless the rolling radius is exactly the same and the wheels are lighter

actually i think i have seen a type r like that :)

of course the skyline might have been very sick and driven by a quadraplegic with some weird jungle illness

coulda been the GT-T, which is the RWD single turbo version, but even then, if driven proper would smoke it (thats IF tho...).
