Whats the best mod you have on your 172??

Generally interested in what people are doing? Im more into subtle mods - interested to know what type of mods are people doing, what costs etc

stage 1 remap on my meggy, on the clio it was the cage/cf bonnet

Seats for me too, standard are crap and i used to slide out of them and hit my knee on the door card :(

Silvertecs on my 172 ;) LOL!

Not sure what my favourite is on the 182, I'd like to say the Yozzasport but at low speeds it's annoyingly loud as I live in a quiet area. Probably my Trophy Sheep wheels :)

Sportlines. I much prefared the slightly stiffer setup than standard.

I couldn't care less once I've left where I live and I'm blatting it down a background - but you must understand what I mean? Girls who get in the car wonder what the hell it is that's making the noise!

LOL yes, I do understand completely!

I work on the principle that girls get extremely wet when some one drives past with a very loud car. Therefore proceed to do it, all the time.

I had no idea! So those skrieks they let out are of excitement, not pain? I'm going to keep it second all through town now :)

To many bits i like...

Either my Buckets -

Or the Rear ARB OR the KWv2's

Chairs and steering wheel must be the two biggest weak points of the car.

Good shout, I'd forgotten about the Clio 200 steering wheel. Not a massive difference, but it made a vast improvement to the feel of driving the car imo, also I don't think it'll wear half as badly!

Yep, But Harness are a PITA day to day... I have a set of Sparco 3 points for Track days.

I was thinking of doing something like that, was just going to get some seatbelt sockets off a different car and bolt them where the harness currently is.
