Whats the best Spark Plugs for a 182, are Denso Iridium any good?

Hiya all

Gona get my 182 serviced and was wondering whats the best Plugs you can get for the 182. Was looking at Denso Iridium and was wondering if there any good or should I go for some other ones?

Also forgot, what has every one found to be the best oil to use in a 182 as I want only the best for my Baby lol :rasp:

me running denso plugs and sikolene oil.

tbh cant tell the difference really , recomend the oil though , plugs ok


but get the best ...........(plugs) and (oil) she will feel alot happier

Plugs aren't scheduled to be changed until 72k miles . Although i think thats a bit optimistic . Had to get mine changed on my 172 at 30k miles .

NGK PFR6E-10 fitted as standard on 172 / 182's

yeah mine need changing soon and i'm sticking with ngk but going to try there iriduim ones

Stock ones are about the best you can get thats what there so expensive.

I will change the plug every 25k. 72k is way too long, I think 172/182 are high performance car and we need good spark! Even you are planning to change at 72k, but better check the plug every year at least.

I recently use Denso, very good.

I use Moutl 300V 5w40, excellent. But I am thinking of useing Redline next time cos Clio Cup Race car do use them from my memory when searching the French Renault Sport site. Also, a local magazine test a lot of oil, Redline is the best overall. Motul is second.

Redline has a short drain interval life.

Stick to NGK and dont bother with iridium, precious metal plugs are a waste of money.
