Whats the best way to get rid of shiny dash cleaner?

My gf has just bought a new car and teh dealer valeted it inside and out as Id expect them to! However they used really nasty, shinygreasy stuff all over the dashboard which neither of us like.

Whats the best way of getting rid?

i think just a rub with a cloth will make it dull! but just leave it, it will soon fade, never lasts long
