whats the legal limit for tints

hiya lads (and ladies?) whats the legal limits for tints and how much do ur insurance companies charge for it?? mines norwich union!!

i think they have to allow 75% of the light through, the rear 1/4 windows dont matter can be as dark as you like and possibly the rear too but im not totally sure on that

Fronts must let through 75% of light.

Mine went up between £10 and £20 when I declared them. Make sure you DO declare them!
