What's the next step?

Ok so I've just spent seven and a half f**king hours cleaning my car lol.

Basically clayed, polished, glazed, sealed, waxed etc. But now I've done all of that what's the next step? Say we do somehow get another day when it's not raining/snowing/world ending instead of going through all that again would I just wash and wax?

Also quick detailer in the mean time, what's that all about?

Oh and pictures, including Terradactyl s**t on the befores.

first thing to do...admire your work.

keeping it maintained will save you having to do all that at short intervals.
wash with 2bm everytime and dry with a quick detailer to boost the finish and stop any marring whilst drying.

if your planning on layering the wax, do the above and just reapply it. Itll be easier to do if you do it in a week or so; if you left it a month the car may have picked up too many contaminants.

oh, and nice work ;)

when you come to wash the car again, dont use too much shampoo, this will end up stripping the wax protection you have put on..

wash the car and dry, use a quick detailer to top up the wax finish...job done..

Thanks for the advice everyone. I'd best buy a s**t load of QD then as I used nearly a full bottle claying the car PMSL.

Thinking I'll grab a bottle of 901 too and god knows what else, f**king expensive this cleaning lark lol. Needs a machine polish/correction too as I discovered a fair few scratches today that I never knew where there. :(
