Whats this knocking noise - coilover springs?? Please advise

I have a severe knocking noise coming from drivers side front, in and around the wheel arch area, above the tyre..

Happening mostly along bumpy lane roads at lower speeds..

Ive got new, but budget, coilovers on at the moment whilst the bilsteins are getting refurbished... My mechanic and myself simply can't find what it is but it is getting worse....

Can anyone advise on what this could be...

If it only started when you fitted the 'cheap coilovers',then I guess it would be them.

Could be the top mounts mine started to knock shortly after fitting

Would this just be a replacement top mount or is there something else that needs replacing?
