the gasket will need replacing for the rocker box, oil leaks past gasket and fills plug hole up, will eventually missfire.

not really, hour or so to do.

Undo all the rocker box bolts, take rocker box off clean up gasket faces fit new gasket, put it all back together.
Make sure you clean the gasket faces up really well and maybe use a very thin layer of sealer, ask for 418 sealer at your renault dealer its about 8 quid a tube.

Common problem on valvers...I had the same thing happen on my 19 16v.

IIRC Just a decent socket set with spark plug sockets which have the rubber insert to grip the plug.
