Wheel Bearings - Quotes

  Hondata'd EP3 Type R
How much should it cost for me to have both my front wheel bearingsc hanged, Supplied and fitted?

Car is a 1999 1.2 RN

thanks

Just get new or second hand hubs you should get them for about £30 a side. then fitment doesn't take long if you do it yourself maybe 1.5hrs labour at a garage.
If you want them changed then you need a garage to press the old bearings out and new ones in so mayabe £20 a side for the brearing pushed in and £40 for new bearings.

  Turbos.
For new bearings you won't pay more than £60 for both sides. I got a mobile mechanic out to do mine at £30 for one hours work.

Well Kwik Fit are always going to get away with bum raping as they are a well known company at the end of the day. I was ok with dodgy bearings for a few weeks. Do you feel lucky, punk?

Ring Matt at specilaist Renault breakers he'll have a set for say probably £50~60 for them fit them yourself in 2 hours at absolutl worst.

Fair bump that, fair play for searching.

But quotes are for different cars though mate (presuming yours is for your 182)
Yes I have a 182. Another garage quoted £324. The last garage said £94 for the bearings and £750-£100 +V.A.T fitted.
