Wheel Bearings - what do u think?

  E92 330
Went to a garage near where i work in Blackpool last friday he wanted £130 for replacing my rear drivers side wheel bearing. hmmmm i thought may as well pop in to another garage on the way home, he asked me to leave the car with him on monday (today), just picked her up and he said both rear bearings have gone, and he will will replace them for a total cost of £105.

am i missing something here or was the first garage trying to penetrate me from behind?

I'd say both are, £175 for genuine rear disks, with already pressed in bearings and new brake pads, so so easy to replace.

sorry that should read "exits"

ie - he's trying to ram you so hard up the rectum it'll come out your mouth

A bit dear but not unusualy

£40 for the bearing original Renault (only ones I'd ever use) then say 1.5 hours to fit.

You can get check copy bearing for under £20 but I woulnd't bother.

made in the same factory edde!

Not all are though I've reciently had a set of copy cat ones in my hand fitted them and they were rubish must have been factory rejects if at all they were made in the same factory (they weren't though as they are differently marked)
