wheel bolts, explanation of sizes

i need some new wheel bolts for my car, as mine are shagged and one has sheared due to them being s**t (came with my wheel spacers)

i have 15mm wheel spacers, i want ones that will fit the car correctly, as i have been told that the ones i have are 17 somethings, and i need 19?? or 1.7 and i need 1.9??

i know they are m12 and i know what length i need, but what is the thread mm?!
