my alloy bolts are on that tight i twisted the head off the removal tool

I believe you could try some wd40/penetrating oil, then take a socket that is a little too small and hammer it on then try removing the bolts.

Tighten the other 3 as much as you can.
Smack a socket over the stuck one and undone. If it slips, keep trying with a smaller and smaller socket.

Do you mean you twisted the head off the locking wheel key or a normal wheel brace?
