wheel help?

getting my mk 3clio lowered soon and i need a set of wheels im thinking 16" but only have about £400 should i settle for cheaper new ones or get used? cheers

Get used, but reasonable condition used, new will just loose the value and you will be gutted if you kurb them.

Id go for 15" personally mate, they are cheaper and tyres are cheaper and alot more availiable for 15s.

Ebay, Pistonheads, pay membership on here and theres usually a load of decent sets up for grabs

15" on a mk3 will look daft. Keep them at 16".

Have a look at the OZ range, or pro race. That's a good start.

IMO yes 17 will look too big and are more expensive.

15s are cheaper so are the tyres but dave88 says they will look too small.

Im sorta working off mk2s cos thats what i know.

ok cheers im considering 15s then get it lowered slightly more and low profile tyres theres so much more choice for 15s

oz is a verry expensive wheel and they are also verry brittle. id go for team dynamics reasonably cheap and strong. (they are also used in touring cars ). so must be of good quality
