what setting should wheel nuts be torqued up to?

not very tight mate done mine up by hand and wheel nut snaped was very lucky to off got it out in one piece other wise been pricey so would suggest hand tight mate

put some copper grease on em before you put em in, will help stop em snappin

^ grease holds off the torque figure, use a little engine oil
offers in the region of 100nm

90Nm officially.
I use 105 on both the Mk1 and Mk2's though.
Be careful using lots of grease as its whole point is to lubricate stuff so that it can slide ie come undone. I've had premature experiance with this.

90nm is the correct setting.

copper grease is a big no no, use engine oil on the threads.
