Wheel powder coating

Just had a quote to get the vee's wheels powder coated from the wheel specialist in notts, Does £331.35 sound a good price for same day service?

Any other recommendations would be a help!

Im going to use a compnay in salisbury they dne some lads wheels on here for 5 wheels shot blasted and powder coated what eva colour for £130 and he said the finish was amazing

ah doesnt sound too bad then, tempted by them as there a propper wheel place so will have no issues with tyres ect..

Just had my 182 rims done, albeit a little far away from you, for £160 same day service, tyre off and on rebalanced etc. And they matched the cup anthracite for me too. Think that was a special offer price tho, normally a set of 18's is about 220.

to be honest that sounds about rite mate. I wouldnt compramise on the vee... its rare and its collectable... better to get it right first time

How much, i've never seen/heard it to be more than £30-50 per wheel.
Got a couple of places fairly local that do it for this sort of price.

£59 per wheel then plus vat, £10 a wheel strip/refit/balance charge, dispose of two tyres.. it all adds up about right but i expected less to be fair!

Suppose its a well known company though so i'm paying for the name a bit but if that comes with a perfect job i dont really mind shelling out.

PLace near me does 18" at £40 a wheel adam...

Includes taking tyres off/on too.

My wheels were done by a professional body shop they did a really nice job for £50 a wheel and my wheels were quite bad!

was paint not powder coat though :S

but does seem alot maybe wait a while and shop around? you can always go back to them if you cant better it in service or price?

i know thats still in the back of my mind! Problem is i'm always at work and havnt got time to find somewhere for the car on stands, get tyres sorted out.. ect.

if you go through the wheel specialist website enter clio25 to get 25% discount got mine done last week £220 done gloss black but they were only 182 16's.

yeah i got 15% off by mentioning fred, suppose 18's cost more though
