wheel problems

i dont know if anyone can help. i recently put some new 15s on my clio 1.2 and lately when going over potholes or bumps in the road there is a knocking noise. well more of a bang! also when doing more then 85mph i get stearing wheel shake is this normal?

are the wheels the right offset if not that can cause shaking ask fred he knows more bout offset than i do

Some aftermarket alloys need non-standard wheel nuts/bolts,maybe there is some slack there?
