Can anyone suggest any places that do wheel refurb pretty cheap?

Im looking to refurb 2 wheels and then get all 4 sprayed

Ive tried Wheel Specialists (£300 odd :S ) and someone else, cant remember their name.

Anyone that is quite a bit cheaper than that?
