Wheel Size affect on Height

Currently on : 205/45/16 on 7J (Diameter = 590.9mm)
Putting on : 195/50/15 on 7J (Diameter = 576mm)

Am I right in thinking I'll have 7.45mm less arch gap? (14.9mm difference / 2)

Just want to make sure it'll lower the car/reduce the arch gap?

I know we're talking minimal amounts, but just wondering with setting suspension height

No, it'll increase the arch gap as the wheel is smaller overall. The car will sit lower to the ground, so yes you will have lowered it. But the arch gap won't get smaller.

7.45mm increased arch gap with the 15s and 7.45mm lower overall ride height.

more arch gap mate, as the centre of the wheel hasn't moved any closer to the arch....
Ít'll be lowered 7.45mm though...
