wheels rubbing with passengers in back!

hi guys

just got my clio 172 cup on wed, had 4 people in car, 2 in back, noticed some strange noises coming from rear, especially when turning at slow speeds, im thinkin it is something to do with the suspension being so low, as far as i know it is the standard suspension on it.

Anyone else experienced problems like this in their cup?

i havent got a cup but i have got 17s on and lowered 40mm alround and mine doesnt rub with 3 in the back :S i think there could be something wrong there if its still under warranty take it in ull no for def then
