What are the biggest wheels that can fit on a lowered (35mm) clio 17s or 18s?

Depends on the car. Standard arches I would say 17, 16v/Williams arches 18s can be done. Nick R has done 18s on his Valver.... Juss has got 17s on his normal arched Clio - Its all down the to offset.

I think, though, that arch work is needed on both to get those wheels on.
