When is an Exclusive Not an Exclusive

Ok,there`s a guy selling a ph1 on ebay,and in the title he is saying its an exclusive,with the picture of clearly an odyssey blue.So i emails him telling him they only made 172 exclusives and they were in scarab green,he replies its says exclusive on the log book.
All i need to know is am i in the wrong or has he a dodgy car?Its up for sale and over a grand.

Just an update,this actually sold for £1295.

There were no blue exclusives, your right, they are all scarab green and they're all horrible

There are a few 172's out there with exclusive on the logbook, DVLA error apparently.

Well whoever originally bought the car must have taken it back because the seller is selling it on ebay again....lol

mines a ph2 and says its an exclusive on the logbook but only took about 5 mins of joining up here to be corrected
