Where can I get this?

Where can I get the pin sort of thing that holds the windscreen wiper blade in place? Fell out as I was driving and didn't bother looking for it as it's so small. Currently holding it I'm with a screw.

Got a cable tie on it now,just going to get a new wiper when I need one and it'll have the pin. Cheers mate
