where to buy a brand new UCH?

hi guys,

my uch was buggered and so replaced the entire lot a while back with a second hand set. Went to renault today to get my random car stopping issue fixed as well as re-programme my uch so the cruise control worked, renault thought they had cracked it.

but its not worked!! apparently the uch wont recognise the dash instruments etc etc

anyway i have tried fannying round and not forking out ££ on a brand new one but its come to that.

So where do i get one from? are all renault garages the same price, or does one vary to another and is it only renault who can supply them.

They want £100 just to fit it plus £80 to programme, so im going to buy one blank, fit then get them to programme it.

any help would be great.

I paid £200 (trade) for a UCH-N3 and haggled a different dealer down to £60 to code it!

Try Wests renault on here. Car won´t be driveable until programming due to the immobiliser iirc.

amy - how did you manage to get it for that?

mr pink - im going to fit it and then get the car towed to my local renault its only down the road and doing that way will save me £110!
