Where to buy inlet?

Hi all,

I've seen past discussion regarding RS2/SM/Tessa inlet options. Where can these be bought these days? Is it only second hand? I dropped Tessa a message on instagram to check.

Are they worth it? It seems that they do make a difference lower down just looking for people's opinion on these.
