where to earth ecu earth wire

Where should i be earthing the black earth wire from the ecu to ?

anywhere really, have a look behind the passenger headlight where the battery earth goes to

Anywhere tbh,

Try and bolt it to the top of the gearbox, there should be a hole you could bolt it to,

My 172 ECU earths to the back of the gearbox, then the gearbox has an earth strap on the end going to the passenger wheel arch.

If you wanna be a real proffessional you could put in a dedicated 0V cable to the battery - terminal.
