Where to put a cold air feed? Pics please.

Hi all.

I have a k-tec panel filter in the standard system. Im pretty sure im missing the cold air feed part so could people post up where they have gone to get some cool air into the car?

also whats the verdict on the k-tec induction kit itself? Its an open system so surely not as good as the standard box?

Do they do an enclosed system that goes behind the headlight and incorparates a cold air feed too?

Just leave the air feeds off your standard air box with a panel filter in it, gains are so marginal

Leave the feeds off? Wouldnt that be worse? Mine seems to idle a bit juffery at times, not sure if its due to the lack of air feed or because of the overrun remap?

Ahh id seen the ktec kit and then the threads about making your own.

If happily make my own just need pointing in the right direction for the correct diameter hosing etc, where would i get a hose that has the little extra bit at the top like the ktec one?

So id need the samco one with integral bit and a alloy joiner (but what size?) then another 90 degree bend silicone to a cone filter?
