wheres the engine no. on a 182? ive been told where 2 look for the engine no. plate, but its not there on my 55 plate 182 engine? any1 know where theirs is on a 55 plate 182?

thats y i need the engine number cos i aint got the reg numba of the car 2 de-code the ecu and so forth. matt black said it was by the oil filter aswel on a plate about the size of a matchbox?

A contact at Renault i have can find the ID of a car by simply obtaining the Engine fabrication number - i need the reg or chassis to get the immobiliser code so Liam can unlock his ECU
