What size wheels are you actually looking at getting?

Ive not seen the Mille Miglia wheels you are on about. Personally I think that the anthracite finish would look quite cool against the black bodywork.

Personally I like both the Super Ts with the four nuts showing or the Monzas which have the big nut in the middle, black of course to match your car. Not so keen on the Actions with the 5 pairs of twin spokes. No doubt you will soon get other peoples opinions.

Whilst on the subject, Hilly, how do you find 17s on your 1.2? I got a Mk1, Phase3 1.2, and I dont really wanna lose much acceleration. Looking at the tyre calculator, it reckons 17s on mine is 8.9% different on the speedo - quite a lot.

Hilly, why havent you looked after your Super Ts? I polish mine when I polish my car and if I have been out in the wet, and there is dirt in between the spokes when I get home, I hose them off and go round them with a soft brush, so that any dirt or grit doesnt dry on them.

Ive also been pointed in the direction of speedline type 2116 sc - Chrono in anthracite, I never knew they did a dark finish, anybody know where i can get a good price on them? And has anybody got pics of the wheels above on a Clio 1?

I wouldnt go down the 16s route, either 15s or 17s if you get 16s youll regret it cos youlll be wanting bigger wheels

im just worried about scrubbing as my car seems quite low with my new Avo kit. Had scrubbing on my 1.4 and dont want the hassle, i was always gonna go with 16s its just you have more choice with 17s for both wheels and tyres.
