Of course Tardis.

But i have seen Autosmart Carnauba gold wax which is really cheap.

We used to get Autosmart in our work, and in all honestly he used to be expensive and the same stuff another dealer which was called Autoday.
But anyways, his dash cleaner and dash dressing I thought was good. Keeps a fresh smell in the car.

Not used it but when I run out of Megs Wheel brightener, I'll buy snapping up some AS Smartwheels.

Brisk is an awesome upholstery cleaner. I've got the aerosol version.

Berry Blast smells good too. £2.60ish per can.

AS smart wheels is decent as is diluted g101.

Tardis
G101
Hazsafe

Their wax actually is very very very good, massive amounts of carnuba but no fancy packaging.

I'd use it 10 times out of 10 over 476's.

It's a good TFR mate, emoves all the crap from the paintwork like a citrus based spray.

Only use when you're fully detailing the car though.

I though AS wax was £20.

I've found its good enough to use as a shampoo plus/Hazsafe mix in my foam gun for the weekly wash. At sensible dilutions it's ok and doesn't strip any decent LSP.

I think there is 2 types.

AS Carnauba Gold wax - about £8

Or AS Ultimate wax - about £20

Will ask my rep when I call him.

Yeah I seen the basic one mate.

The ultimate one is the only one worth owning. I mean it is very very good but does get over looked due to the name and packaging. Bit like most brands.

No worries. My Volvo was wearing a layer of Megs #16 over winter and the protection hardly diminished by using the SP/Hazsafe mix for about 2 months. I was really impressed.
Too be fair megs 16 could withstand a nuclear fusion!

haha, indeed! I've been using it for years as a winter wax, good stuff! I get on better with it than FK1000p.

Who uses 476 anyways?

Haha he f**king swears by it.

Probably because it saves him buying expensive waxes ... high proffit details.

No he still has Glasur ect.. but he thinks no wax makes a difference to the paint so he has to practice what he preaches!

f**k using 476! I remember needing a blow torch to get it off. I left Glasur on for an hour once and came back, could have wiped it off with a feather duster.

PMSL. What a dork.

I thought Glasur wasnt ment to be left to dry?

I always apply a pannel then remove it shortly after when i deem it ready. Beads for agers does that stuff, even after 1-2 washes it still beads really well.

Rekon I could apply some over a layer of Z carbon?

Back in the days where I used SRP & EGP and i wasnt really clued up on waxes, I applied 476s to my dads car, the full car, like I would EGP.

I then started to buff it off.

Well f**k me. Ive never hated detailing so much in my life at this point. I used a turtle wax drying towel, which is a long pile cloth, not really plush atall. Took me a long time and a lot of effort. Not only that, it looked s**t, muted the flake and was hazy. My mate has stolen it now and uses it on his dads f430. Poor car.

Such a shame I done the exact same thing! I swear my dad's car is still beading from a year ago mate no joke!

No don't waste glasur over the top of something! Nice clean base for glasur!

Well, I applied 2 layers of the stuff, over 3 layers of EGP, over a layer f srp. Car has just been machined too. Took about 2 weeks of the car being sat there, I ran the battery down to ffs.

Lasted a year. The door shuts lasted 2 and then we sold it.
