I was after a 172 but just been quoted 3000, so cant afford that!
Whats the next one down?
Is there like a 1.6 or 1.4 thats sporty and wouldnt look stupid lowered etc or anything.

go for a 106 gti or rallye if you carnt afford the insurance on a 172, top cars!

if I were you, I'd save for a while, improve your budget, and get a 172. this is what I did and I can promise you that you simply will not regret it.

altho 3k is alot. I take it that is for insurance.

I pay 1500 in my own name at 19, nearly 20.

however due to me paying monthly, it actually works out around 1700 by the end of the year!

but it is full comp with legal cover and that is v.important on a car worth anymore than 1k in my opinion

Nah, i just cant justify paying that amount of insurance. Im 21 and have no ncd cos i have been on my dads for 3 years.

I really want a white clio, do the 1.6 16v dynamique's come in white???

No only the lower speced clio ph2's where in white, and they are rare.

i'd have gone for a 1.6 16v clio in your position, i'd get one myself but i wouldnt want the same car twice just for an extra 35bhp.

I think they are to be earnt whilst your actually on there, they cant backdate it if you get me...I work at an insurance company its all silly lol.

Hmm im so confused now! I relly am obsessed with white cars, but im not sure if i could go down to a -1.4.
Plus id look weird with a lowered etc 1.4, wouldnt i?? Oh i dunno.
