Which exhaust and suspension?

Im thinking about getting a new exhaust, possibly Miltek or janspeed from Ktec.
I see a lot of people posting about decats and sportscats, can someone explain what they are please?

With the springs I dont want them to go too low cos I live down a farm lane, Im looking for some that would give better handling and level the look of the car out.
What would be best?
This is for a 182.

Eibach sportlines or pros. The former will give about a 25-30mm drop, the latter im not too sure - believe about 5-10mm.

Highly recommend Sportlines, car looks reasonably well planted, handles much better than standard and not much difference in ride comfort.
