Which oil should i put in my cup after its first Oil change about 3000miles?What do you guys recommend?

IMO has to be Shell Ultra 5w 40...Top manufactures recomend it!

go for a fully synthetic 5W-40, ones i would recommend are


Silkolene Pro S
Shell Helix Ultra
Total Quartz 9000 (what im currently using)
Halfords own !
you could also go with Mobil 1 if you want at 0W-40, should be fine, but me personally id prefer the ever so slightly less temp range an opt for a 5W-40, less viscosity additives than a 0W you see.....(good thing)
