Which tyres do i go for?

Just wandered what tyres you think are better!??

The standard tyres that come on the 182 or Toyo T1-S tyres

Nothing wrong with the T1-S though and they are often a fair bit cheaper. Any brand name should be fine - just avoid the budget options.

Go for michelin pe2s best all the way great handling in wet and dry

Depends on use as well. PE2's don't stand up well on track, F1's do.

Yeah not sure whether to stick with standard or go for the F1's.

Rears still have a fair bit of tread. Will it make a difference having F1's on the front and standards on the rear?

F1 in my opinion. Tyres are one of the most crucial parts of the car, skimp on them and prepare to spin!
