Which VPN ?

I want a VPN for my friend in China. I use VPN Express, but I think this is only available on iTunes, and they don't have any apple device. I pay a small fee to use VPN Express, but it works well.
Which VPN is best for a pc ? They just want access to Facebook and a few history sites that are blocked over there.

if its for you friend, just setup a VPN on your home PC and let him use that. That way its free. All his internet traffic will get routed via your internet whilst he is connected.

That isn't going to work for his friend in China though is it? not unless Dave gives up his Pc (unless of course you meant the VPN part of teamviewer ).
