Is there anything else I can do at the same time to save time and money?

I've got the following parts to fit.

Shocks + springs
Wishbones
Steering rack bushes
Front ARB and bushes

Do you mean when the manifold is off?

You'll gain better access to the steering rack bushes. I'd probably change the tie rods, too.
