whining at speed.

ive searched high and low on the forum and cant find anything on this. in the past ive driven the car at 100mph+ on private roads and airstrips and have noticed a whining, almost screaming sound coming from inside the front of the car. ive found i can stop this noise by pushing up on the interior light surround. Recently the noise has started occuring on the motorway at 75mph+.

Has anyone else had this problem or anyone know how to stop it ?

Can they be re sealed or will i need a new rubber strip ? im going to tape them up tomorrow and take it for a bypass blast to see if it is the cause

Another one is a hole under the wingmirror, cant remember which side.

Mine used to do it and doesn't anymore, not through anything I've done, just, doesn't.

id agree with tony as i had that aswell. top corners peeled back. try a little silicone.

my 172cup had none just more wind noise. my 182 centre console creaked though but a little love tap used to sort it. lol

wish i could say the same about my campus, interior doesnt creak or anything, but the wind noise is a friggin b***h! probably the only reason i dont tank it on motorways is because of the noise!
