Whistling when revs drop - Video added

Noticed recently that my 172 when driving around 3k revs and then letting off the gas to slow down theres a whistling as the revs drop, any ideas?

Had a quick look about, could it be middle section/cat join not being properly sealed?

From the inlets iirc. Matching removes it slightly

Oh ok, its pretty loud though lol. Would it be from where the inlet gasket is? Would a new gasket help?

I found mine was doing this but removing the plastic engine cover sorted it - seems that for some reason it was pulling the inlet gasket apart very slightly causing it to whistle!

Could be the exhaust manifold.
