White van revival

My pal wants his van polished up.
i was thinking of using some iron x, bilt hamber clay, some kind of polish on my D/A with probably a white chemical guys pad followed by some wax to finish.

am I doing this in the right order and what polish should I use. I have Meg's 105 and 205 with different pads.
not looking for a full on correction, just a just buff and shine job.

Correct order but if you have some I'd go over the van with some tar remover before claying, possibly a sealant after the polish stage also.

So iron x doesn't remove the tar, cheers mate.
never used iron x before but I always de tar before clay or it gets messy.
the polish has me stumped on what to use.
I will be pointing him in the right direction regarding products so he doesn't use all mine, so feel free to make some alterations to my list.
I will however be doing it for him and I have a das6 pro to break the back of the work and all the other basic equiptment.

For a white van I'd be looking mor towards cleansing the paint and filling instead of a correcting polish.

Perhaps try tripple?

Wash it to get rid of the surface s**t

give it a liberal dose of TARdis/tar remover to remove tar and soften up the bugs

Douse it with iron x to dissolve the fall out

pressure wash it down then give it another wash to remove the last of the TARdis/iron x

cant help with polish as I've not used a da before

Optional step - give it a wipe down with AF Rejuvinate to get rid of the last of the stuff from the paintwork which will let the last stage protection bond to the paint better.

I have a black car which makes using Iron X a bit boring/difficult as you can't see it working, Same with Tardis
