I'm with Norwich union, got a week free when i bought car from reg vardy and they quoted me £560 FC so i didnt bother shopping round, mines a 1.2 and i had no no claims, but i was 21, they do young drivers thing or something.

insurance due i live in bd post code costed me 1600 last year with 1 years no claims and 3 points cu30 bald tyre... i am 23 moving to girlfriends in selby north yorkshiere new quote £650 for a clio 2.0 sport 02 a lot better
