I'm thinking of changing the exhaust...

Good idea?

Bad idea?

Opinions...

Also, are there noticable power gains to be had... or is it just noisier??

I'd love a ride in one so I could see the difference!!! :D

will just be for noise really. we fitted an aftermarket cat back system to our development 197 that had itb's and to be honest the standard system is pretty good for flow as the aftermarket one didn't make a single bhp gain. although of course a different manufactures exhaust could be different, but i find it unlikely as a high flow exhaust is a high flow exhaust within reason.

did sound nice though :)

Cant fault my Milltek!

iirc u didn't do a before and after rr when fitting the milltek?

i think i've seen some dyno graphs showing a few bhp gains with milltek/k-tec and yozza exhaust.
As a lot of people, I will be getting mine mostly for the noise but I also expect a tiny bit of bhp and torque increase.
