PaulJ their is gas in all bulbs it's the way it does it. HID's are what was fitted to the MK1 172, I had one, the 182 does NOT. Xenons have Xenon and have high voltage packs. They are not the same.
Daz_2427 said:lol, xenons don't even do the full beam mate, they're standard halogen filament lamps. Xenons are only dipped headlights.
Trophy 298/525 said:full beam xenons would be weapon-grade!
Lee said:The Trophy is based on the 182 Cup, as that didn't have Xenons the Trophy doesn't.
It doesn't make any difference to me. Xenons look nice, and project a nice white light, but they don't actually light up any more of the road. The standard cheapo lights do more than a good enough job.

would like them for the colour but to be honest my i've never had any problem with not been able too see!
heard it's commong on r32's and their about 200 quid a time to would rather have gay yellow lights and pay a tenner a bulb!
Trophy 298/525 said:Very interesting about the HID/Xenon lamps, you guys really are a bunch of stato's, here's another one for the pot: 0 degrees Kelvin (0K or absolute zero) is equivalent to -273.15 degrees celcius. Interestingly this temperature exists nowhere in the universe.
