Why does it say I have a blueray drive?

My Dell D620 laptop (running Vista premium) under devices with removable storage in My Computer, says that I have "BD-ROM Drive (D"...

All I have is a DVD RW Drive (E) and I often plug in a secondary battery.

Strange! Can anyone answer this?

OT - but are integral br players as good as the seperates you buy, sony etc for your tv?
