Wierd starting problems...

Ok,

So when i turn the key over, it like, chokes and gradually sounds more healthy until it eventually turns on and the engine starts running as if nothing is wrong with it.

Now the battery is full - and about 2 years old and i don't think its an alternator fault - anybody got any suggestions?

Could be spark plugs? I'm just suggesting by the way thought I'd put some input in
