Will 1.2 8V springs fit a 1*2 cup

As above, got my winter wheels on and they rub a little bit with my eibach springs on and my mate has some standard springs that he took off his car (1.2 8v) and was just wondering if these would fit y 1*2 FF as a temp measure over winter to raise the car up a little bit!

I thought they would as lowering springs are the same aren't they? Might be a bit loose/wallowy.

Physically they might fit. But they were not made for the weight of an F4R engine in the front.

BTW: Eibachs shouldn't drop the car that much that you need more clearance in the winter. Never had problems with snow and coilovers

Got 15's with 65 profile tyres mate, they fit but scrub a little bit, its not ground clearance im after its arch clearance i need haha!
