Will 16v springs fit an RT? Does an Rt have a torsion bar also?

Dont think the springs will fit an rt. And yes the rt does have a trosion bar.

I have valver springs on my RT.

Yes they fit! but they wont lower your car....

the front ones wont fit why? because the 55 or 61 mounting holes? (damn the english).

yes, the hub mounting locations are different...........on some of the models.....but best not risk it.

For that, I got online the Koni Catalogue. It helped knowing what hub my car had.

Tried also Renault, but they couldnt know... only with the valver code number.
