Will 185/65/R14 fit a MK2 PH1?

Looking at a new set of alloys as my tyres are all going pretty low and found some with brand new tyres but their sizes are 185/65/R14


Before buying im just wondering if anyone knows they will fit a MK2 PH1 1.2 8v 1998

Stud's are also 4x100 too, is that correct?

Ok found out that these will infact fit, however my mate has a st of 17" renault ones that look like the later dynamique alloys from a PH2. I assume their from a laguna or megane or something because their bigger, will these fit without scrapeing arches etc? Im a right noob to this
