Will A Mk2 Ph2 Stealth Shelf Fit a Mk2 PH1

I am trying to sell a stealth shelf on ebay for my friend. It was in a Mk2 Ph2, and someone has asked if it will fit a Ph1, does it? Think the answer is probably no but not too sure.
