will a ph1 rs interior fit in a ph2 dynamique?

Ph1 interior is ugly though, presuming your replacing.

Isnt the wiring for the seat airbags and pretenioners different? Although it can be modified to fit. Front door cards wont fit, rears will assuming you have a 3 door.

seats fit, wires dont. leave them off. not as safe but hey. i did, just cover the lights or somethin.

The side airbags (assuming you've got them) and the pretensioners can be wired up easily enough you'll need to cut the connectors off and solder the wires together (with the correct polarity etc).
