will a ph2 172 steering wheel fit a ph1

just i'am picking up my clio and i want to change the steering wheel asap

so will a ph2 172 steering wheel fit a ph1 clio 172

without any mods..

I think it will fit but the airbag is incompatable/wont fit. I have a pic somewhere..

it looks great but no airbag...

could a renault tech guy sort it and make the ph2 airbag work

i'am thinking about safety..

if the ph2 wheel dosent do the safety job

might as well get a momo steering wheel

i do like OEM look from the ph2 wheel

Looks great that - much tidier than the Ph1 wheel IMO

Typical they aren't compatible airbag-wise straight away
