i think the rear is similar but front is alot different

I think it fits, go for it.

The arches have nothing to do with the bumper. The flare on the arches are above the bumper so the bumper still sits in the same place as any other Clio Bumper.

the bumper is wider to meet the wider 16v arches, i know this as i have 16v arches and i put a rt bumper on cos my kit bumper was being sprayed and the other modle clio bumpers are to narrom and the arches stick out loads, so get your self some 16v arches too,

No! A rear bumper will not fit a normal arched Clio - The Wide Arches come in at an angle, whereas normal arches dont - theres a gap.

DONT DO IT! i had a 1.4 RT J reg... i put a rear valver bumper on.. and it stuck out either side and looked a bit sh*t. Not sure if i can be fixed.. i never did it, so i would advise against it.

Erm, itll fit perfectly if you buy it for a none-16v.. mine does.. heh.
